Provident Fund Latest Update: Employees Provident Fund Organization has informed that EPF members can file complaints related to it! and get answers to your queries using the EPF i-Grievance Management System (EPFIGMS). EPFIGMS is EPFO’s portal for redressal of grievances for services provided by EPFO.

According to the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, the complaint can be lodged at any place! And the complaint will reach the concerned office. According to the EPFO portal, complaints can be sent to the headquarters in New Delhi or 135 regional offices across the country. In addition,

Know how to file a complaint : Employees Provident Fund Organization
Go to the official website of EPF I-Grievance Management System (https://epfigms.gov.in/) and click on the ‘Login Grievance’ tab.
Select the applicable ‘Status’ option.
Enter Universal Account Number (UAN). Enter the security code and click on the ‘Get Details’ button.
Where the UAN details are displayed, click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
Input the OTP, then hit the “Submit” button. Verification message will come on OTP verification. To continue, click on the “Ok” button.
Enter personal details, such as your name, gender, contact information, zip code, state and country. Provident Fund Latest Update
Click on the PF account number in the “Complaint details” column.
Select the type of complaint along with the details of the complaint. Upload the required files in support of the complaint using the “Choose File” and “Attach” buttons.
After entering the information of the complaint and attaching the supporting documents, click on the “Add” button.
The complaint will be posted in an area called “Complaint Description”. To lodge a complaint with the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, click on the “Submit” button.
Once the complaint is registered, an email and SMS will be sent to the EPF subscribers with the registration number.

- Visit the official website of EPF I-Grievance Management System https://epfigms.gov.in.
- Click on the “View Status” button.
- Enter Registration Number, sometimes known as Complaint Number, Complaint Password, Mobile Number, Email Address and Security Code.
- Click on “Submit”.
Then the status of your complaint will be displayed by EPFO.

How to check EPFO Passbook through website
Go to the EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organisation) portal!
Click on the ‘Our Services’ tab and select the option “For Employees” from the drop-down menu.
Click on ‘Member Passbook (EPFO)’ under the “Services” option.
There will be a login page! After activation, enter your UAN number and password here.
Select “Member ID” and then “View Password” from the menu.
After this, your PF details will be displayed on the screen.
