Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana notification: Indian Railways has released a notification for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana) for 13th batch (October 2022) on its official website. RKVY is for Indian citizens who have passed 10th or equivalent degree from any institute recognized by the Central/State Government.

Started under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the 13th batch from September 7, 2022 (00:00 PM) to September 20, 2022 (23:59 PM) Huh.

On successful completion of the Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana course and passing an examination at the end of training, the candidate will receive a certificate of completion and can be downloaded from www.railkvy.indianrailways.gov.in .

Candidates willing to undergo training will have to register (sign up) on the website and follow the instructions given in the information bulletin and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana website from time to time.

It may be noted that on successful completion of the course the candidates will not be offered a job in Railways as recruitment in Railways is done through open competitive examinations and therefore the candidate will not be eligible for this Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana

(Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana) Job cannot be given on the basis of certificate, however, this Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) is to enhance the skill of a person so that he/she can easily get a job or start his/her start-up.

Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana) is one of the skill enhancement training programs under the Ministry of Indian Railways and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. After completion of training there will be an examination and only successful candidates will be issued certificates.

Training will be given during day time only. No reservation will be given to the candidates under this Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. The training shall be conducted irrespective of religion, caste, creed or race.

According to this notification of the Ministry of Railways, in the Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana), a candidate will be allowed to take training only in one trade and only once. No repeat course will be allowed to any candidate so that other candidates can also get a chance.

Who can apply?

Age: The age of the candidate should be 18 years and should not exceed 35 years as on the date of Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana notification.
Candidate must have passed High School Examination or its equivalent from an Institution recognized by the State / Central Government.

The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Candidates must be medically fit to attend the training. The candidate must submit a fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor, certifying that the candidate is fit to undergo training in industrial environment and is fit with respect to vision/hearing/mental condition and not suffering from any communicable disease Is.

Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana) is a Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) to provide technical training in various trades to the unemployed youth of India to increase their employability and entrepreneurship.
