UP Karj Mafi Yojana March Update: The Yogi government has given New Year’s gift to more than 33 thousand farmers of Uttar Pradesh. The mandate has been issued to waive off the loans of 33408 farmers of the state! Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi gave this information in Varanasi on Saturday. Shahi told that after the formation of Yogi Adityanath’s government in the state in 2017,

the decision of farmers’ UP Kisan Loan Waiver Scheme (Uttar Pradesh Karj Mafi Yojana) was taken in the cabinet! Under this the loan of lakhs of farmers was waived off. During that time the loan of Rs 190 crore of 33408 farmers will also be waived, which was issued due to some reason! The government has issued a gazette in this regard on 5th January.
